Navigating the Fertility Journey
Dr. Kenan R. Omurtag is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Omurtag will speak on diagnostic test modalities and then transition to fertility treatments, both IVF and non IVF. Some themes he will be discussing are:
- Human reproduction is really inefficient
- Is it infertility or subfertility?
- What testing is commonly done?
- Do I need surgery?
- Do I need IVF?
He will end on third party options and adoption. The goal of the Fertility and Reproductive Medicine Center is to help you build a family through any means necessary, while balancing both you and your partner’s emotional, physical, medical and financial well being.
Parking and Directions
Park on the West Side of Hospital (closest to I-270) in the garage. Enter through the Main Entrance of the Hospital. Go down the hall on the right past the main elevators. Then follow the hallway slightly off to the left (look for signs to “Auditorium 1”).
